TEXAID at the Copenhagen Fashion Summit conference

The industry leaders came together once again in the Danish capital for the 10th Copenhagen Fashion Summit conference (15 and 16 May 2019). TEXAID was also there as an exhibitor and, with TEXAID Retail Solutions, presented its tailored recycling services for the entire textiles industry – for retailers, fashion brands, producers and suppliers.

KOLPINGFAMILIE WOLFENSCHIESSEN – DAIRY COW PROJECT IN INDIA

The Kolpingfamilie Wolfenschiessen has carried out street collections on behalf of TEXAID in the past. Today there are more than ten TEXAID bins in the Nidwalden region collecting in favour of the association. By selling used clothes, TEXAID generates funds which go to its six participating aid agencies, as well as to numerous regional organisations, including the Kolpingfamilie Wolfenschiessen. 

TEXAID IN THE MEDIA: ANNABELLE

A detailed interview with the CEO of TEXAID, Martin Böschen, has been published in the latest issue of the Swiss women’s magazine Annabelle. It addresses various aspects and topics concerning used clothes collection and recycling. The Annabelle editorial team also held a fashion shoot at the sorting facility in Schattdorf.

Code of Conduct

TEXAID has drawn up a Code of Conduct that brings together in a single document the important values and standards that characterize the company. It defines all the important characteristic benchmarks and requirements for ethical business practices and responsible economic activity towards all colleagues, business partners, customers and the public alike.
