This approach is the cornerstone of the company’s social engagement. TEXAID provides its employees regular training to ensure they receive the necessary know-how. Along with creation of new jobs, TEXAID places great importance on employee development in the form of training and continuing education. TEXAID Switzerland has been training apprentices since August 2016 and is committed to provide them with professional vocational training. TEXAID also promotes the vocational training of young adults in Germany. By doing so, it helps young people to get started in the professional world. 43
